WOW man, yet NBA fans find ways to hate on Steph dray n klay, as well as warriors as a whole. The exposure of player's talents is impeccable. They literally get the most out of a player and help them secure fatter bigger bags. I'd say a decent amount of the players in the NBA have either revived or propelled their career by playing alongside these HALL OF FAMERS. DD has good offensive skills. Can dribble and drive. Create his own shot or cut to the basket. A willing passer. Decent 3 point shooter (enough to be a threat so defenses won’t lay off of him).

Has the athleticism to become a very good defender, on and off the ball. Proven he can block shots with his leaping ability.

His greatest asset, IMO, is his character and high IQ. Just basing on his answers during this interview, you know that he came from a winning culture (Villanova and Milwaukee). And he’s hungry.

If Steph, Draymond, Steve and Bob think he’s good, who am I to contradict that.

I recently saw an old video with coach Kerr doing an interview with the hass school of management. A particularly interesting part of the discussion concerned the warriors approach to player selection. They are obsessively thorough… before drafting a player, they talk to everyone… even down to talking to the training staff so they understand how they work out and take care of their body. Of course they want talent players… but they are very careful to get a good team fit with player attitudes and personality.

I mention this because you can see what a solid guy Donte is….. it is not by accident that new warriors often turn out better than expected
