Another fabulous recipe for showing us to prep and stovetop cook during a 7:21 minute video. I like this demonstration because within a few minutes, I feel like I can confidently prepare Sword Fish steaks for my husband without being confused about process and cooking time. You give each prep tech tip like "gently pat out all of the moisture with a paper towel, " and firmly demonstrate the technique, so that we learn the process. Honestly, every recipe given on this channel gives excellent food-prep techniques for success.

When you name a place in Spain, I use it as a geography lesson. I pull up a search of location, iconic places in the city, foods and images. If I am infatuated with the location, I'll follow history and origins of the city.

This recipe looks delicious! We always enjoy watching your videos. Spanish food is our favorite - simple and always fresh and flavorful. When we lived in Andalucia we learned a swordfish in green sauce recipe, Pez Espada en Salsa Verde, which is fantastic. We love swordfish but can't get it here (northern Wisconsin). I just made this and it is so good while being super easy. I like shorcuts, so I used Spanish sofrito to which I added smoked paprika.

I made swordfish once. You are right, overcooking it leaves you with a very tough piece of fish. I will follow your advice.

Haven’t watched video yet. So sad that swordfish is loaded with mercury now. Used to be my all-time fish as a kid. I usually just eat wild-caught salmon and small fish now due to mercury levels. Perhaps I can adapt this recipe. Awesome videos!
