I believe after Timephoon, GlomTales, Moonvasion, and the final episode of Season 3, Della should promise dear Louie Duck a non adventurest but laziest quest at Big Rock Candy Mountain just like Louie always wanted. If Louie’s time travel mistakes don’t happen again, he should be given another chance.
