Bo4 was my first call of duty that I seriously played and I agree, it was just a fun game. It wasn’t as gritty or realistic as later titles but it was just fun. There was so much customization and unique ideas in it, I’m honestly surprised it did so poorly

This was the game that brought me back to COD. I'm 28, an og player. But man this game was the last old school game like you said. Was so excited for MW19, but we all know what we got lol. Hasn't been the same since. Thanks for the nostalgia

this game was unironically what amde me "comeback" to cod after stopping before ghosts came out. Its got a soft spot for me but man, those dlc guns just were not balanced

BO3 and BO4 were back during a time where when content updates and Meta setups were exciting and somewhat goofy. It was so much a flavor of the month, like the seasons we have now.
