Billionaire: I take out loans and don't make any money that's just money for my foundation which I control and it pays for my food, trips, house, cars and everything else but we give 100k to charity instead of paying 150 million a year in taxes.

The colonies were asked by Parliament to pay reparations for the total costs of the Seven Years War. However, that war raged across the colonies and Europe. When the colonies offered to only pay for the costs of the French-Indian War (the portion of the Seven Years War that was fought in the Americas), Parliament refused the offer and resorted to taxes and fees on all goods bought from Britain while banning inter-colony trade (which would have been far less expensive for the colonists).
