Just a tip! I find that the lumineux whitening strips work better if I use them the day/night before, bc sometimes immediately when you take them off you get weird spots where they look stained (which is just dry spots right after it goes away after a couple hours)

My man loves me with no makeup and messy hair so I just keep being me. The usual shower, evening skincare and fresh breath is definitely a must though.

One great thing about growing up with 2 sisters is that I realized how much care a woman puts into herself to make herself look and feel pretty. The average guy just takes a shower, brushes his teeth, maybe puts a little gel in his hair and some cologne on the neck. And I know women don’t put on the makeup and everything for the guy, but it’s the man’s job to tell you how amazing you look because you work so hard on yourself to make yourself feel good.
