Wayne Kirkpatrick is a Nashville-based songwriter, producer, playwright and musician. He is responsible for co-writing Eric Clapton's GRAMMY-winning single "Change the World" along with hits for Amy Grant (“Every Heartbeat,” “Good For Me”), Michael W. Smith (“Place in this World”) and Garth Brooks (“Wrapped Up In You”). Kirkpatrick's songs have been recorded by artists like Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Trisha Yearwood, Casting Crowns and T-Pain, and he is also the winner of a Dove Award for Producer of the Year. He is a frequent collaborator of Little Big Town, who have described him as the fifth member of their quartet, and he co-produced the group's no.1 album, The Reason Why. Aside from his work in the country, Christian and pop genres, he co-wrote the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Something Rotten with his brother Karey and recently founded a mixed media art collection called The Junk Bunk.
