How does RainStick Shower work?

RainStick captures, circulates and cleanses hot water in real time to avoid waste. Each drop is used 6 times before being sent down the drain. Hi, is the RainStick cleaning product for cleaning the device...or the person? Does the cleaning product make up a percentage of the water on the user's body? If so, does the user still have free rein about their choice of soap & shampoo? Thanks in advance.
