I would say that in strength and speed it goes for nightmare since if we use logic nightmare can increase its size as long as he wants, this means it can increase his strength aswell since by increasing the size of its body the same does with strength because obviously it is not the same thing that somebody hit you with a normal hand to that somebody hit you with a giant hand, and since NM can increase his body... well ig u understand my point.

Now talking about speed i would say it goes to nightmare too since as we saw in uv 0.6 when nightmare sent cross flying and then gave him a blow that made him land very far from him, you can see how in a matter of seconds nightmare was already with cross considering that he was somewhat away from nightmare, this shows us that nightmare it has a good speed and can become more fast if it turns into liquid as we seen in uv 0.2 when nightmare finishes talking to cross when they reach to underfell and he leaves at a fairly considerable speed turning into liquid but u can have ur points too .

Now who will win tbh im not very sure since both are similar somehow so i would say it all depends on how many negativity are in the area if thats the case nightmare would win, but if not so i guess its a draw since both cant kill eachother
