Mercedes W212 W211 W210 Parking Brake Fix (not staying down)

Just a quick video on how to fix a Mercedes foot brake that doesn't stay down (applied)

Symptoms also include a loose release handle that seems like there's no cable attached, but this isn't the case.

This should apply to the W210, 211 and 212 which this was done on, the pin shown in the video is what comes out of its hole, originally I tried to use needle nose pliers however it looks like you can just use your finger to place the pin back into the hole.

Thanks, I will try that. The release handle is loose and pressing the pedal don't block it. W210 E430
