Sir plz help after the connecting echoes dot to blue tooth and I say open Netflix it says go to alexa app settings and connect to TV and video button when I do that it says sorry can't find any devices. It doesn't open Netflix once it's connected to only Bluetooth tells to open Alexa app settings and TV and video. But TV and video shows sorry can't find devices to connect

I recently wanted to change my wifi settings in Alexa app. So, as the step goes:

I switched the Alexa to setup mode and then followed the screen instructions.

But, After selecting my device in the setup mode and then it takes us to the next slide i.e., SEARCHING FOR WIFI CONNECTION. An unexpected error shows up in the screen and then a purple colour on the Alexa starts to blink. Please help me, trust me i have repeatedly tried to connect but the result is always the same.
