In the northern regions of Iran, it has long been a tradition to cook Shirin Qatogh for special guests.
This dish can be made with either chicken or meat, and it's so delicious that I highly recommend you try it at least once!

🔴Ingredients for four servings:
4 Onions
4 Pieces of Chicken
300 gr Dried Apricots
1 Cup Raisins
3 Tablespoons of Brewed Saffron
Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and Turmeric Powder to taste
