I feel what led to Zachary killing his mother so brutally was that he was most likely experiencing hallucinations and paranoia which is common in people with Schizophrenia. Even so that doesn’t excuse his actions

She knew exactly how what to ask & HOW to ask him & kerp him calm ALL while staying calm & professional her damn self!! Kinda makes you sick to think they dont get the same benefits as 1st responders since they are still considered clerical workers.🤯😳

I'm a little scared by the way his voice is, it's a bit unsettling how he had a calm response to after just murdering his entire family. This is by far the most horrifying murder case I have ever seen.

I think that Zach saying that his mother was not taking care of the family was his way of saying that she wasn't giving/getting him the help he needed.

Dr Phil's a moron with that bit about nobody ever noticing Zach was off and offering help. His mother noticed, and she tried multiple therapists to get him help. Each one had a different diagnosis, and from what little we have been told, it's clear that nothing was changing for the better when he was getting the therapy.
