Wieder habt Ihr es geschafft, in der Euch ganz eigenen Chaosbay-Art extrem kraftvolle und ausdrucksstarke Rhythmusarbeit mit genialen Harmonien und Emotionen zu verknüpfen. Ich kenne keine Band, die das so perfektioniert wie Ihr. Auch die Lyrics passen in die Zeit wie die 👊🏻 auf‘s 👀: Die letzten Monate haben gezeigt, dass manchmal alles zu schön ist, um wahr zu sein und dass man sich in einer falschen Sicherheit wähnt, die auf sehr wackeligen Beinen steht („all this beauty can‘t be real“). Gleichzeitig macht Ihr Mut, nach Verlusten weiter zu machen und nach vorne zu schauen („whatever you lost, don‘t be afraid, it makes you stronger“), ein Zuspruch, den sicher viele Menschen im Moment bitter nötig haben. Und dann noch der gelungene Seitenhieb an alle Ignoranten dieser Welt: „this life‘s built on trust.“ Wir wissen alle, was passiert, wenn das nicht respektiert wird.
