I accepted the funds to AP and they will return the favors to India and I’m from tamilnadu. What’s the benefits to India by giving funds to Bihar and if you’re arguing by saying that Bihar is a poor state then i don’t know why the central government shown the same interest to other poor states. It’s clearly visible, If you support me I will give money or else I won’t allocate funds to you even though you are poor, financially and economically down and even you have BJP supporters in your state.
