Saw Stavros the other night in London, managed to have a chat with the saxophonist. He told that this was a one take song and it’s all improvised.

I'll never forget the feeling I had when I first heard this song. I had my earbuds in, strong bass, it was a sunny winter day, and it literally felt like each sound was cutting through both my body and my soul. It was painfully beautiful.

I heard this song for the first time in Malta. I walked the streets of Valletta. The evening was unusually cold and windy. I was drawn to the sound from a nearby bar. Some dj was playing this thing. It sounded kind of nostalgic to me, but comforting at the same time. I liked it very much. I still get that feeling when I hear it.

Got to heard this thanks to this guy whom I believe is the love of my life. I even remember him saying "listen to that sax, so lovely". Even though our ways seem not to be crossing each other anytime soon, everytime I hear this I still get that feeling that we'll meet again, someday. This is not just music for some people, it's also a way to remember a very special moment, however you wanna remember it.
