It annoys me that they "pretend to sleep" and then when you tell them to sleep, they GET UP AND LAY BACK DOWN and then sleep. WHO CODED THIS GAME 😭 Also, I miss the cuddling in bed animations.

I think it's because, she's not "sleeping." You commanded her (or the rare chance by autonomy) to Woohoo her boyfriend, and that's what they did, but she's "resting/wanting to still be close to him" after her and partner did the Woohoo. Sometimes the sims remain in bed like that, sometimes they don't, and they do something random after the Woohoo/leave the room. (This is common in all the sims games). However, note that the moodlets are draining naturally (It's not that she's losing energy, the game doesn't recognize her as "asleep", so basically she's just relaxing on the bed with her partner pretty much etc., so the motives drain naturally etc.) Or maybe you're right, and it's a bug that EA needs to fix. lol.

I’ve never had this problem? Energy need goes up for me after woohoo.

This never happened to me though. If their energy bar is still high or above mid after woohoo, my sims just autonomously get up from the bed and pee or get snacks from the fridge. If their energy is low after woohoo, they go directly to sleep and their energy bar refuels as they sleep. Hope your bug gets fixed 🙂

They haven't fixed A LOT of things, lol. I'm still waiting for them to fix the issue of makeup, tattoos, and scars being blurry on PS4 since the bunk bed patch.

I have a mod to make them talk or bant after woohoo so I don't have this anymore lol, I just thought it was a bit cold of them to just end any interaction after being so intimate and ESPECIALLY if one left the house while the other was "asleep"

I always have them wake up and do chores after woo hooing, so I never really noticed this. I only do it to get my sims fun energy up.

the fix is easy, you click sleep and she does, doesn't even get out of bed too

I'm surprised so many people are saying they've never had this happen to them
This happens every time with my sims. Sometimes they do this "fake sleeping" until I do something and something they lay there for a second before getting up and doing something else. Sometimes, on rare occasion, they'll fake sleep, get out of bed, change into pajamas they're already wearing and actually go to sleep
