no., of derangements of BHARAT would be same as the number of derangements of BHRAAT. So now, just take the 2 As as the same symbol, therefore, the answer to this would be D5 which is 84. (Question had said that the 2 As are not to be identical so the second A can go in the position of the first A)

Instead of breaking casewise we could subtract the invalid cases from 4! after multiplying by 4C2 which is a lot easier.
