Growing to Adulthood - Advancing Care for Single Ventricle Heart Defects - CHOP (10 or 12)

A more children with congenital heart disease grow to adulthood, they require a special type of cardiac care. The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn Medicine joined forces to create the Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center to care for the unique needs of adults with CHD.
