I had some robus downlights and strip lighting installed a few months ago. I'm yet to get them connected to my WiFi.

I can only get the strip lighting into pairing mode by switching the light on\off. The other two sets of downlights refuse to go into pairing mode.

When I get the strip lights into pairing mode the Robus app never finds the device.

I am tech savvy and have multiple other lights connected via the exact same method. Wifi settings are correct. 2.4ghz. Wifi connection standing under the lights are full bars on iPhone and Android.

I've tried everything for hours on end and I'm now at the end of my tether. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
