Just wanna say this problem has not been resolved. I just tried to purchase a textbook and graphing calculator off eBay (total was about $280). My money is stuck in the account and customer service is closed. Crazy because I used Samsung Pay to pay my home utilities and phone bill and there was no problem at all of me being locked out. I will be asking them to close this account after I'm able to get my supplies from class. Wish I would've saw this video before transferring my funds but glad I did. Thanks man.

yeeeeaaaa... from a budgeting perspective, I thought this card was gonna be awesome until I bumped into those rare situations where Samsung Pay DIDN'T work, and so I was just like "well, that's okay, I'll just use my typical credit and/or debit card and just xfer money BACK to my bank from Samsung Pay Cash... and found out the hard way that you can't... and this just happened this past weekend... HOPEFULLY they'll add that ability to xfer money BACK to the bank, coz like God forbid you accidentally xfer too much money onto the Pay Cash App and then can't retrieve it... not often I get disappointed with Samsung, but this is one of those moments

It looks to me like you are not using this card the way it was meant to be used. If you really look into it, you'll know that this Samsung Pay cash card, was made for budgeting, not for sending money to other users. The purpose for this card is to load the it up with money you already KNOW you are going to use and plan on spending it using Samsung pay. This card is not directed to people who are going to be wanting to cash out as often as you think, it is directed at those who are getting this card to make sure their money stays in there until it's time to make a purchase with it.

So my question is, where is your Samsung pay cash information stored. Like for example I have $25 dollars on my Samsung pay cash virtual debit card and my phone gets destroyed and I have to get a new one, will I still have access to my $25 dollars? How does that work?

Do you have any problems when you use your own credit/debit card uploaded on Samsung pay? Is it any better than tapping Ur card instead of Ur phone? Thanks for the advice. I was thinking of uploading my card to Samsung pay and tap my phone but is that any more secure than tapping my card?

Question? Its stuck in the samsung cloud right? But they don't have a physical card for you to be able to spend the money that way?
