The Pop Up Changing Tent - Essential for Runners

A portable pop up changing tent is one of the most useful things to have when taking part in outdoor events. I used this one after I finished the Rugged Maniac obstacle course race. You can get them fairly cheaply on Amazon or you can check out your local sporting goods store.

You should have demonstrated how you changed your t-shirt. I suspect the height of this tent disallows doing it comfortably as it's shorter than you. But thanks.
