I'd say PoE get more than a 1, on your scale. It's true it's a one time investment, but a single premium tab is way too little space to do any trading effectively. Some skills get a bit easier to play, visually, with an mtx.
That said: it *is* a free to play game. And the total cost of enough premium stash tab bundles and specialised tabs to last you forever is probably the same as outright buying another triple A game title. Especially as you get all DLC's for free.
The business model works, because people really like the game. And keep playing, year after year. Buying not needed cosmetics, out of loyalty. Which says more than all I wrote before this.

Respecc points @ lvl 80+ are very common, so no worries. Pets are not that OP really. Primos are also not that horribly rare, considering maintenance.

POE is more P2W, the stash in end game cost $60+ and it's a must. I gave 2 points as P2W level for POE. Torchlight no need for any purchase in end game, the packspirit boon might be the only thing to buy, definitely less P2W than POE. I gave 1 point for now, since I have not yet found a must have packspirit.

Not sure it's pay to win because there's no PvP however it certainly has a predatory pricing model based on psychological gambling hooks, all gatcha games do, it's disgusting that it's marketed to minors and should be illegal since the gatcha companies are clearly unable to regulate themselves.

Playing PoE with $0 is worse than playing this game with $0 imo. So I think PoE shoud be bumped up to 2 or 3 if this game is at 5 on ur scale
