For me, Elvis Presley is number one. For Beatles fans it's the Beatles and for Michael Jackson fans it's jackson etc. The fact is that all numbers are not credible as they mostly or only come from the artists' record companies. When a record label says that this or that star has sold 100, 200 or many billions of albums, the media accept it as truth.
