Since it wasn't mentioned in the video, and since I'm not seeing it in the comments, I feel I have to give a personal up to my favourite moment of the episode. Which is when due to Dal in Janeway's body acting so weird the doctor orders her to drink some coffee, and Dal just spits it out. It was the perfect gag to show the crew of the Dauntless that something was well and truly wrong.

I was blown away by Kate Mulgrew's performance. It's so far removed from not just the character, but the actress, being that silly and it worked so well.

Very upset that this wasn't mentioned because to me it deserves a big up. At 17:25 Janeway in Dal says to Rok-Tahk "You're going to make a great science officer someday". It was just so heartwarming!!!

You missed the part about the Doctor prescribing Janeway Coffee and Dal Spitting it out, that was a great gag and a great call back top the fact that she has been drinking tea for so long that when she started acting a little off that the Doctor prescribed her Coffee as a first step in helping her to relax

I would love to see a behind the scene video of Kate Mulgrew and Brett Gray voicing each others characters.

Kate Mulgrew as Dal in Janeways body was brilliant! Superb performance

Janeway turning on her heel and doing "pew pew" finger guns is now my EVERYTHING!

My favorite scene is the the moment with the Diviner. It really opens up his character and adds much needed context to his prior actions. He is not without honor. He's truly driven to try and save his people at any cost, but he's not actually a monster... despite having done, and intending to DO, monstrous things. It would have been nice to have had the opportunity to see a deeper exploration of his character.

As a kid, I would skip school to stay home and watch Ryan's Hope. I think it's incredible that 50 years later, i'm still enjoying Kate Mulgrew's work.

One thing I love about this episode - the mind swapping Organian telepathy angle is an Enterprise reference :D

I was just constantly cackling. But it felt ORGANIC instead of just a one-off comedy episode. Great work all around. :)

The voice acting coming from the body swap is some of the best performances I’ve seen in Star Trek. It was so funny and it worked and I loved it

I like that they delve into the area of Language. There have not been very many in all the various series that dealt with the conundrum of the many diverse

I can see that Dal being in Janeway's body must have been really fun to record for Kate Mulgrew.

Did anyone notice that Sal’s tail was more animated when Janeway was in his head.

The space walk/warp field merger was very Enterprise-esque, with Trip doing a space walk to go between Columbia and Enterprise.

Mulgrew had me absolutely cracking up this episode. Must’ve been a blast to record.

I loved this episode too! Kate Mulgrew obviously had so much fun and has never been as goofy as she was here.😂👏One personal note which got a grin out of me is that, when Dal is escaping the Dauntless and sneaking to an airlock, I thought, “Hang on! How does he know his way around the ship? He’s never been on it and it’s a much bigger ship than Protostar.” Mere seconds later, we have him coming out an airlock in the WRONG end of the ship! Sheer genius from the writers, like they’d read my mind!😂👏 Anyway, I wanted to answer your initial comment about the combadges. My understanding is that by removing Janeway’s badge isn’t technically making her hard to find. The internal sensors would still be able to detect there’s a human inside a closet, they just wouldn’t be able to identify her. As far as the computer knows, Janeway’s in her quarters. Finally, LOVED that fleet at the end! You know how much of a fan of the Sovereign class I am and so it’s a real joy how much the recent Trek shows have been shoving as many as possible into episodes.😁👏Plus, definitely always happy to get some Defiant class too. One thing I was going to say, I have a feeling there was a Centaur class ship regularly orbiting DS9 in one of those stock shots of the station they regularly reused in later seasons. Also, there’s actually a new Trek game coming out called “Star Trek Resurgence” which looks like it takes place on a Centaur class ship too!👏
