A special highlight of the visit was Newcastle United footballer Dan Burn, who joined to see first-hand the incredible work completed at Blyth. Thanks to Northumbria Healthcare Trust’s investment, the hospital now features a rejuvenated ward and a vibrant children’s outpatient floor, all dedicated to uplifting the Blyth community.
