William zabka literally turned a MOST HATED BAD BULLY CHARACTER to a MOST LOVED ONE, by showing a person's sad defeated side, hurt by life & people ... Really genius move & Great Acting !

Definitely my favourite character. He's got much more depth than the others. He evolves and stays true to his way, he even makes it. You could say he makes his own bushido. He's the Vegeta of the show.

It's weird, I always cheered Johnny. Daniel was such an ass of a character when he didn't need to be that he was hard to find lovable. But Johnny took his licks and redeemed himself by the end. Cobra Kai really revealed the character and his growth. It made me so happy to see Zabka come back, I absolutely LOVED his performance. He seems like such a sweet guy.

what the writers did to build on the Karate Kid movies was the best sequel treatment in the history of movies. If you look at even KK 2, 3 and Next it was just the same formula. Cobra Kai did a whole different thing and it was awesome.

I'm 9 years younger than Billy Zabka and he was huge childhood crush. I met him and Marty Kove a few years ago and got a pic with them. Full circle moment for this Gen-Xer. What a great series, perfect mix of humor, drama, lessons, and cheese. Oh, and the action is BADASS.
