I am so much more invisible now with self tapes than I ever could be in person.

I've done theatre, through school, and summer camps, and I've always been cast, from a poor unfortunate soul, to Tiger Lily. Now that I think about it, I think the only reason I was ever cast was because one of my mom's friends was helping with the casting.
Gosh, I hope that's not true.

anyways, heres a brownie recipe

ingredients
* 2 Eggs
* 1/4 cup Sugar
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 1/2 cup Butter or margarine, unsalted, melted
* 1 1/4 cups Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa
* 2/3 cup All-purpose flour
* 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Salt
* 15 Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Caramel SQUARES


directions
* Preheat oven to 350°F.
* Stir eggs with sugar and vanilla.
* Add melted butter.
* Sift ground chocolate with flour, baking powder, and salt.
* Stir into egg mixture.
* Spread half the batter into a greased 8-inch square pan.
* Place Milk Chocolate Caramel SQUARES in a single layer on top of batter.
* Cover the SQUARES layer with the remaining batter.
* Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
* Cut into 16 to 20 squares

Classic Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

½ cup vegetable oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup boiling water

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.

Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes.

Stir in the boiling water until the batter is well combined. It will be thin, but that's okay.

Pour the batter into the prepared pans.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans and let them cool completely on a wire rack.

Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3 cups powdered sugar

⅓ cup whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Beat the butter and cocoa powder together until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and milk, alternating between the two, and beat until spreading consistency is achieved.

Stir in the vanilla.

Once your cakes are cooled, spread the frosting generously between the layers and over the top and sides of the cake. Enjoy your delicious creation!
