Becky. I found this very helpful as I have done this with pub food however not my regular daily meals. I have had restrictive eating for almost 30 years and will tackle one fear food at at time however not over and over in a single day or week. I promise to try this approach and plan ahead so I don’t just grab or make the usual when stressed. The examples are very relatable and I know I can replicate. Even though it is a scary thought. It is only a thought though not a fact. I can do this. 👍🇨🇦thanks and happy new year.

So good Becky!! Yes yes yes, so easy to get stuck in rigid patterns - like auto pilot. Getting in ahead of the ED voice is so helpful.

Great video as always Becky 🥰 and super cute scarf!!! And the ironic thing is that when I was forced to give up my rigidity and routine due to kidney stones last year, it forced me to really recover and slow down. It was such a silver lining but being flexible in recovery is so the key! ❤❤👍👍

i can change what i eat sometimes, but it can only be if i have the same amount of calories as what i usually eat. does this make sense??? any suggestions? thank you for everything you do
