Armitron 4 Button Digital Sports Watch - Set Time and Date (Also, most Timex 4-Button Watches)

To switch between 12 hour and military time, while watch is in regular model (not settings mode), just tap the top-left button once. When the tiny am/pm disappears, it’s in military time.

This is flat-out the BEST, SIMPLEST explanation of setting these watches. (The instructions that came with my Timex version don't even explain that you have to HOLD the top left button for 3 seconds to start the process.) And in the other videos I've seen, the presenter mumbles, doesn't hold the watch still, and/or doesn't have the lighting right so you can SEE the damn dial! Tech Angel deserves a gold medal!
