Colossus the Fire Dragon front seat on-ride HD POV @60fps Lagoon

This Schwarzkopf double looping coaster operated on the German fair circuit for two years before opening at Lagoon in 1983 and looks just like Laser that used to be at Dorney Park in Pennsylvania, which is now Teststrecke on the German fair circuit, but this one is slightly different because it has an extra curve in the helix.
Lagoon is located north of Salt Lake City in Farmington, Utah.

Love this ride. The best part about it is that the line moves really fast. The ride is short, but thrilling enough to keep you wanting to go on it again.

This is easily one of the best rides at lagoon. When I rode it for the first time I went on it an extra 5 more times!

I just went on a 100+ degree day, and Colossus was tearing faces off! I've never felt it so intense! So fun!

I sat on the front row yesterday with my 10-year-old son. It was awesome. Lines were short and we got right back on for another round. I was about the same age when I rode it for the first time. That's when Colossus was still pretty new and was the most thrilling ride at Lagoon. I hope they keep it going forever. It's still my favorite.

My favorite part of this ride, definitely is the part at 1:30, if you are on the right side of the train, you can hear the wind against the ground. One of my favorite rides, next to The Samurai and Spider.

This is my absolute favorite roller coaster, not at this theme park, but ever! It definitely has a bit of a thrill to it, but that’s what makes it so great! The first time I ever rode this, it was a bet. If I rode it, I got five bucks, if I didn’t I had to tell my crush I liked him when I saw him again. Obviously, I would rather take a little thrill over embarrassment so I rode it and had a blast. Rode it 4 times after this and it was so amazing every single time. Would totally recommend this ride and the entire theme park! (If you go to the park, you HAVE to ride the spider, it’s one of the most unique coasters I have ever been on!)

The legendary Schwarzkopf coasters are great. From what I see, it's a good coaster, but they could've added a another lift and 2 more loops the ride. Hope that the Colossus the Fire Dragon doesn't get removed, ever. They should upgrade the ride and put some Blue LED lights on the track and Yellow LED lights on the loops.

Another unit of this model operated in São Paulo, Brazil, between 1982 and 1985. It was called just Colossus and was painted in red and yellow.
