I've used this while hicking in Peru, and it worket great. However, most of the non-sponsored reviews say that Anker 21W is THE best option (priced the same). It's half the weight, and it has some abstract Anker technology that apparently makes the most efficient charging. Now, I get that BigBlue would charge better in worst weather conditions. But what else is there? Is there really anything magical that Anker could have that powers the devices more efficiently than BigBlue, or is it just a big brand vs small brand thing? I ask this because there is no comparison on the internet.

Hi, thanks for the review, I understand why alot of testing is done in brilliant sunshine, but between the Rav and the big blue which one preformed the best in cloudy conditions? living in the UK thats something I need to bear in mind, for long camping trips. thanks

The BigBlue has sunpower solar cells the best in the industry, I think the problem with your readings from the BB is due to the amp meter built in on the BB panel

Hi Richard I am looking for a solar charger and there is not many UK users. What are you using now and what size do you recommend. I assume 28w is probably best for the north of Scotland. Cheers

Hi. I have that same solar panel. Bought it in 2019 and it has worked amazingly. I’ve always used it with power banks and then used the power to charge phones when on the go. My question is, did your USB volt and amp meter match what was showing on the big blue amp meter. I’ve seen it is showing a lower value here and was wondering how accurate big blues meter is. Thank you.

I used an App on my phone and today near 1pm and in the sun it was at 650 mA and 4.2 volts. This is between 2 and 3 Watts. How the hell is this 28 watt?? Can a USB handle 28 Watts too?? :/

Is this guy serious about the fact he's gonna ask for a refund cuz it's a few grams heavier than advertised ? ^^

I'd go with big blue 60 compared to 80 and to be honest theirs not that much of a difference in charging for the price difference

Could you mumble more about previously returned items?

It's five percent heavier than advertised and you want a partial refund ever think your scales is off I'd like to see 100 g 500g and 1kg calibrated weights on your scales before you go on you little rant about a refund lol some people.
