Found your site when checking out how to install the Regal railing system.Wish I had found it sooner, installed the Trex decking. All worked out great. Your tips we a huge help with the railing.

I like this Regal Ideas system. May have to give it a shot on an upcoming job. Have you tried to make up a layout stick to figure what to cut the first spacer to ahead of time. If this works it would save you moving everything over after you figure the spacing for the first and last spacer. Just need an 8' stick will all the 3/4" pickets laid out with 15/16" between each one. Lay the stick on the deck against the posts center it and then measure the first spacer.

Hey Drdecks - enjoyed your tutorial. I work with my son New Horizon Carpentry since retiring from Paramedicine. Can you tell me how I’m supposed to run the LED lights through swivel brackets on the Regal railing system. Maybe another tutorial on how you address lighting challenges

Looks good. Have you ever worked with the Fortress system?? Set the posts the same way and the rail comes in 6 and 8 foot sections. Goes real fast.
