But apparently not in the case of richard garin whose actions was a blatant affront to the pnp organization as a whole in which came out from his mouth threatening a police officer to be executed by enemy of the state upon his order which is an insult to the police organization meaning that this govt official is a protector of a terrorist group which is the npa.
