2 Walmart Customers + WIC = Free Food?

08.31.15 - I waited in line more than 15 minutes because a customer in front me was buying a lot items (food mostly) and it looks like the cashier was getting help from another associate. The "wait" didn't bug me, what REALLY bugs me that I notice she was paying with a WIC (Women Infant Children program which is a federal assistance program for low-income pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and infants and children under the age of five).

I am OK if you have 1 child and you use this program so you can get back on your feet. But if you are pregnant for the 2nd time or have more than 3 children... Does it ever accrue to you to close your legs?

Anyway, I saw she was pregnant for the 2nd time with no brains and yet, she owns a smartphone? How can she afford that? I also saw another customer (on my right) paying with a WIC form and THATS a lot of baby food your purchasing for your 3 children? Your oldest child doesn't look 5 at all...

I know this may sounds harsh, but these welfare programs need to be cut! They're just living it off for free and not even going to bother finding a real job.

Personally, I am a WIC user, and currently pregnant with my first child. I will be a single parent after leaving my ex fiancé. I believe that if these programs are cut due to others' welfare abuse, then those who don't abuse it, will not be able to be on their feet.
