I'll never forget that night. Frank was an unusual badass because he was the guy who was big and strong, yet could grapple like a Gracie.. I always agreed with Frank's philosophy that if you're being logical and strategic, submissions are the most effective way to win a fight.

Fucking A. That big singular muscled individual can move like hes 180 pounds. Insane. I dont think id even want to fight him with a ball bat. He looks more like 12 guage material. Frank Mir took what he gave him and it worked. If it didnt... It was more man handling a 260 pound man like a toddler. Imagine that.
