Lexus LFA owners Charity and Robert Lee fell in love with the legendary supercar the moment its existence was made public.

For years, Charity read everything she could find on this Lexus icon. She came to see the LFA as the one supercar that exuded the care and attention to detail she’d witnessed as a child while watching her dad painstakingly craft his bespoke hotrods.

Passionate auto enthusiasts, Charity and Robert followed the LFA through its development as the LF-A concept, to its official production announcement as the LFA in October, 2009.

From there, they began the LFA ownership experience. Factory visits and behind-the-wheel experiences at the Nürburgring and Fuji International Speedway were just the start of a lifestyle the Lee’s could never have imagined.

Watch this video and discover how this LFA became more than car in a collection. For the Lees it created a connection back to Charity’s childhood, and ultimately the LFA became an irreplaceable part of their family.

We want to thank Charity and Robert for sharing their story with us. It is owners like them that inspire us to craft exceptional vehicles that lead to amazing experiences.

NOTHING compares to an LFA.
You either get it or you don’t.
Hopefully one day I will own one.

There are still about 5 new Lexus LFA in the United States unsold right now. The Lexus LFA is an amazing car, it sounds amazing, and it'll be a collector's item for sure. The problem with the car isn't really the car's fault - its the market. The problem is: people that pay close to 400K for cars usually only look at Lamborghinis, Ferraris and etc... If I had the money for a LFA, I'll buy one right now.

Outstanding video .. I was a Tech and Diagnostic Specialist for 18 years (1989 to 2008) for 2 dealerships in SoCal and I love Lexus cars..the LFA is the crowning achievement for the Lexus car line. I was very lucky to get a nice ride in LFA no. 014.. LFA 014 was the yellow no vin test car loaned out to all the car magazines and press.. Same car that Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear drove. What a thrill to get a ride in that car around the streets of Placentia California. Rob Tullius

The engine must make a return in some form to a future production car.
