Hola amigos ; Hi guys.
Bueno quiero compartir esta gran experiencia por múltiples razones. Como saben algunos de ustedes, formo parte del grupo de Beta testers de un gran equipo digital a mi parecer, y de una gran empresa por añadidura, me refiero a Ailunce una nueva división de Retevis en China.
Well I want to share this great experience for multiple reasons. As some of you know, I am part of the group of Beta testers of a great digital radio in my opinion and of a great company in addition, and I am referring to Ailunce a new division of Retevis in China.
Compré mi equipo y desde ese momento es indiscutidamente mi equipo principal. Una cualidad del HD1 es que la calidad del audio es realmente sorprendente, y mucho mas notorio resulta cuando uno se comunica con otro equipo igual.
I bought my HD1 and from that moment, this is indisputably my main radio. One of the chalenges of the HD1 is that its audio is really amazing, and much more noticeable results when one communicates with another one that’s the same radio.
Al tener ambos los mismos esquemas de codificacion de voz resulta una calidad muy superior a otros equipos digitales que he probado. ¿Pero que pasaría cuando la distancia, y por ende la latencia resulta extrema? Y más dificil aún… ¿Cuando hacemos un llamado privado entre dos equipos que no saben en que nodos se conecta cada cual a la red? ¿Que sucede con el transporte y su retardo?
Having both the same vocoding schemes results in a superiority quality than other digital radios I've tried before. But what would happen when the distance, and therefore the latency is extreme? And harder still ... When we make a private call in between two radios that don’t know in which nodes each one connects to the network? What happens with transportation and its delay?
Para que la red construya una ruta de transporte, debe primero saber donde se haya conectado cada cual, cada uno debe decir entonces “Hey acá estoy”. Luego el origen debe enviar una solicitud al destino, y quien hospeda ese destino debe saber hacerle llegar el requerimiento. Presionar el PTT enviar un breve mensaje vacío, o un SMS de posición GPS pueden ser las herramientas necesarias para ello.
For the network can build a transport route, it must first know where each one has connected, and then each one should say "Hey here I am". Then the origin must send a request to the destination, and whoever hosts that destination must know how to send the request to the target radio. Pressing the PTT and sending a brief empty message, or a GPS position SMS can be the necessary tools for doing this.

The process then began by sending Call Alerts from each of the HD1 Ailunce to the other, short pressures from the PTT, and suddenly after less than a minute, I receive the Call Alert from the radio of Yolanda and Vivian. The truth, it was fantastic, first a few packet losses, and in the subsequent calls it was simply as if they were next to me.
Creo que por la calidad del Ailunce HD1, y por la calidad del trabajo que la empresa desarrolla, este equipo bien merece estar entre los grandes. Y más importante aún es que está hecho para nosotros los Radio Aficionados. 73 & Dx.
I think that due to the quality of the Ailunce HD1, and given the great job that the company develops, this radio deserves to be among the greats. And more important is that it's made for us, the Radio Amateurs. 73 & Dx.
