I love your trade mark "Barefoot appearance " Joss Stone. It is an absolutely amazing feeling when you're in touch with Mother Nature. Unfortunately, it's hard to explain unless you try it yourself.
Just kick off all forms of footwear (including flip flops) and tough the earth below with your naked feet. Do it continuously for three months and see/feel how beautiful and healthy you feel inside. When I say go barefoot, it's not only inside the house but in your garden as well. Feel Mother Nature, who comes in the form of Grass, Sand Gravel and Tiny stones/Pebbles. Caress them with your bare feet.
