Miles is My number one Favorite version of Spider-man
& honestly if we were only talking about Miles Morales and the many different voice actors of Miles Morales Nadji Jeter would be number one not Shameik. But after watching across the spider verse and specifically since we’re talking about just the Hollywood films. I’d agree with Shameik being number one.

Can’t get mad at you, and I’m gonna actually do you one better. And if Stan Lee was actually as progressive as he pretended to be … he would’ve wrote the character as a black boy as such when he created Spiderman. I think the character of Spider-Man works best as a black American boy. Cause how relatable is King African Wakanda T Challa to young black American boys? Not very. The character of Spider-Man was already essentially combining Superman with Batman and Robin into one character … as a way to really differentiate it, he would’ve been super awesome if Stan Lee just would’ve made him a black boy. Which makes sense from the socioeconomic factor too and the financial struggles. Especially compared to white Superman with his daily plan reporting job and white billionaire industrialist heir CEO Bruce Wayne. And just his wisecracking vibe I picture a black New York kid over a dorky white kid. In terms of the live action actors, I agree with most of your list, except the Tom Holland and Toby Maguire placement, I think on average Tom Holland has been better but yes, Andrew Garfield is the best actor of the live action interpretations and gives goat tier performances as the character in some really really shitty writing and even worse movies. Andrew Garfield situation with the amazing movies is the way Snyder Stans pretend Ben Affleck was in the Snyder films, like he was some great actor and great acting performance and really crappy writing and bad movies. Also for my money that Amazing Spider-Man 2 costume is the best Spider-Man costume ever. But I hope heavier into Miles Morales as the character. I think the whole scenario is much more entertaining and inspiring. A mask that covers his entire face and when it comes off, you come to find out he’s a poor black boy, who just happens to be smart and very funny with a really cool fashion sense? I would love to see black with red costume Spider-Man (best color combo for the character) on the big screen, but rocking Air Jordans.
