I'm using this phone as a backup phone in 2019, and it can Do calling and whatsapp exceptionally well for a phone of this age.

I've had my Advance for nearly a week now and as an upgrade from the original Desire I love it. It's not massive like all the top end handsets are now, it has a really smooth and responsive browser. I've switched to using LauncherPro cus I don't like TouchWiz but it's a fantastic phone. Love the screen and the battery life isn't amazing but agree it's above average.

Idk how i came here but i had this phone back in 2013. It served me well. I had like 300 songs on sd card of course. Games like temple run 1&2, jetpack joyride, fruit ninja, subway surf, angry birds. Great times! Now i'm a proud owner of the s10+🤗

I'm loving my Advance. I was a Galaxy Note user before, sold it because of the black clipping issue and ready to get the S3. But time will come that you just got tired of drooling and waiting for those hi-specd phones and settled for the Advance. I may consider the Galaxy R too if it was released in my country.

And I could even say that the battlife was great. Getting a 2-day moderate use battery. And the size was just perfect. Great for one-hand operation.

You are right about this phone is a lite version of S2. Including, in some countries, like Brazil, this phone is called 'Galaxy S2 Lite'.

I really like this phone, it has everything you would ever need in a form factor that is so much more portable than galaxy S3 and above. The only annoying thing is that it's not powerful enough for that bloated android 4.2, so I'm waiting and hopefully will get an upgrade to 4.4 KitKat, which will work amazingly if it does what it's designed to do.

I got the Xperia P for 2 weeks now and I can completely recommend it, the battery always last 1 day at least with regular-heavy usage, which is fine since I always charge my phone once a day. Camera is incredible, screen is good (really bright), and it already has android 4.0 (it will get 4.1 on April).
