tips to improve:

1. always act quick and tag unlike you on the stairs beside and ignoring a bacon (he was a runner)

2. to improve you have to be with a trainer or watch youtube videos

3. practice tricks/mechanics on your private server or play by ur own (optional)

4. don't move backwards instead run in your opponent that you tagged straight. (you have a shield that holds you for 2 seconds, or you can go back by turning around while your running [when the runner got flinged far])

5. don't stop running or they might catch you

6. always think of routes because either might they corner you or you have no where other place to go.

7. don't juke players or they might catch you

8. make you're movements/height improve by going on objects (high vault, rail fling, fall swing, high trampoline jump, etc.)

9. go in the first person when your tagging (it helps you focus) and if your the runner, go to 3rd person (so you can see the taggers anywhere)

10. you can also find ways to catch the runner if you change the direction of your movements.

11. get better settings so you can improve

12. adapt and learn from other pros and improve ur skills
