Yep Gotta shim that tranny. I had prob with the intermediate pumpkin. Turns out i was using the wrong gear set!. Great conversion man!👍🦾

I just built my first use the same WPL Frame, motor and trnasfer is sucky. I run in all my diffs using gojo hand cleaner, intentioanlly wearing the gears with tight mesh as you pointed out. Thats all diffs, including RC 4wd, takes that camming out as well.
