Boston's Freedom Trail Tour

There are no upfront costs to taking one of these tours. Guests can pay what they think a tour was worth or whatever they can afford after their tour is over.

Boston’s historic center may be small, but it packs in so much history. From an experiment in Puritan exclusiveness to an inclusive modern metropolis, every street, corner and building whispers stories of the past. The Boston Massacre and the original Tea Party took place here. Sam Adams, Ben Franklin, and George Washington all roamed its streets.

The Freedom Trail at the center of historic Boston is a red brick path through the city leading visitors to many of the city’s historic sites.

My wife and I recently visited Boston. I wanted us to go on a tour, but being how expensive everything is in Boston right now, I narrowed my choices down to the Walk On Walk Off bus and this free Freedom Trail Walking Tour. So I chose the later. Brian was our guide. He was amazing. I am a retired teacher and appreciate the fine art of presenting. To be an excellent presenter you have to be born with that special quality and have honed your skill for years. Brian has reached his calling. The tour was entertaining, highly informative about the old Boston and the new. Lots of laughs that day, plus a good memory. Thanks, Brian. We hope to do this tour again the next time we visit.
