What did the Lot of The Lord represent in Leviticus 16 represent? Is the Lord of The Lord connected to Revelation 2:17?

Leviticus 16:7 And he shall take the two goats, and set them before Jehovah at the door of the tent of meeting. 8 And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for Jehovah and the other lot for Azazel. 9 And Aaron shall present the goat upon which the lot fell for Jehovah, and offer him for a sin-offering. 10 But the goat, on which the lot fell for Azazel, shall be set alive before Jehovah, to make atonement [b]for him, to send him away for Azazel into the wilderness.

Rev. 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. To him that overcometh, to him will I give of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and upon the stone a new name written, which no one knoweth but he that receiveth it.

In this teaching, we learn the parable of Jesus and Barabbas, and how this was type and shadow of the Lot of the Lord found in Leviticus. David shares writing found in the Jewish Talmud, that points to white and black stones used by the high priests for the Lot of the Lord. Because of his sacrifice for us, we can now come into the presence of God not because of what we did but by what Jesus did! Our sin was put upon Jesus and our curses were put upon Jesus as well!

We took on a new name in baptism, His name, and the word name means nature and character. We have died and are buried and resurrected with Christ. We take on the new name by faith and as we overcome, we literally put on a new name (nature). When we're manifesting that white stone, we are manifesting the nature and character of Jesus.
