I do like the Fiesta ST, im curous is the polo an older 1.8T or the new version, i seen alot of videos that polo gti smashing a fiesta ST even though the ST is supposedly tuned and the polo being stock, this look more like how id expect the result to be, as on paper at least there is not between them.

2.0 duratec 👌 the 1.6 ecoboom engine is easier to tune and came with 6 gears, but it’s ecoboom sadly ☹️. The supercharger kit for the ST150 is expensive, but it’s superb 👌

Polo Gti's are made in South Africa, and require turbocharging and Supercharging to get decent output

Fiesta ST are made in Germany, out of their Cologne factory and are NA, now do the math which country is renowned for quality cars??, plus bolt a supercharger onto a Fiesta ST with just 0.5 bar, and the Polo doesn't stand a chance

Не знаю какой двигатель на Поло но на Фиесте стоит двух летровый. Именно на этой и по этому с ней нечего ловить это ракета.. У Меня такая была. Но плохо что трёх дверная. Я взял Жене такую же только 5 дверная. 1.6 автомат. И скажу тоже. Огонь.

@Xlerv8 The newest polo gti's are turbocharged and supercharged for economy reasons, not just to get a decent output. If they really struggled that much they'd start with a bigger engine than a 1.4, this isn't that car however.

I had both. The Ford Fiesta ST ran 18km/h slower top end than my Polo 6R. 0-100 was at least over 1sec slower than the Polo. Even with a supercharger I think the ST would lose due to one factor, the DSG. The DSG is so fast that it helps the Polo gain, never mind the huge torque built by the supercharger and the turbo. It would be Polo all the way.

the ford is the better car..i drove a polo cumfortline an now a fiesta ghia both 1.6. the fiesta has a lot more features, is faster (acceleration and top speed though its a 16v) it is a lot more stable on road, durable and i feel safe in the fiesta.

you should set youre figures straight and YOU should do some research before posting...
the GTI in the Movie is a 9N3 GTI wich is a 1.8 20V turbo, no supercharger what so ever amd has stock 150Hp.
the 1.4 TFSi 6R model wich is now on sale has turbo + charger and has 180Hp and DSG.
you talk about supercharger on the Fiesta..?

Sure about what? That Polo was a 9n2 1.8t. The TSI (turbo and supercharged) Polo Is 6R and a 1.4 for best fuel consumption to power ratio. And just for interest it would trash that Ford in a stock world.
