Ninja Kiwi probably buffed it because it's play rate was so dang low, it has such issues being afforded because of the requirements to even place the darn thing, let alone if it died immediately because a single ceramic was too fast for it

So instead of a 5.5x damage boost, it gets a 7.5x damage boost (when all buffs are on). That’s a crazy difference.

the bug is that thrash damage deals more to bloons when it isnt locked on to them (so when it isnt targeting them but the thrash area is still hurting them)

14:57 Sentry champion/paragon would be able to do that. Super mines might also be capable of that.

the issue to me is not the megalodon but the tiers before it. its low speed makes it inconsistent in the part of the game that gw/orca is usually used which consists of cerams and moab classes. feels like it loves to grab a moab class and let a bunch of cerams fly through. it can be targeting micro'd but in all honesty its an enormous pain. i think for casual players (the majority of the playerbase) to use it more often they might need to do a little rework on the attack patterns imo. maybe larger thrash radius? idk im not a game dev

There's also the pierce of the Megalodon that's affecting its dps, as it is doing that thrashing damage across multiple bloons at a time rather then just one testing bloon.
