Reyes makes everyone signifcantly worse he laughs all day and messes with guys timing . Biggest collapses in history in 2007 and 2008 team lacked urgency . Worst decision in Mets history bringing back a virus in 2016 .

Here are the facts about Reyes the Virus: 1.) After the blue jays were predicted to win their division and ALCS they finish last with reyes. They reach two playoffs in a row directly after reyes is off the team. 2.) The 2012 fish were predicted to have a promising future with reyes. Instead they collapse into an even worse underachieiving disaster and release him after a year of a 5 year contract. 3.) The rockies suffer a 50 game ban of reyes and fall 25 games under .500. 4.) 2006 mets had everything to make WS instead they fall short of expectations, then reyes bats well below .300 from 2007-08. 5.) After a spectacular 2015 mets season reyes comes back the following year. Suddenly, Matt Harvey forgets how to throw a baseball. Cespedes becomes chronically injured and only returns in 2016 to save the season. Since this point in time Reyes has been dancing on snapchat before games, laughing when the team is losing in the dugout, bleaching hair, throwing sunflower seeds, and massively under performing. Jose Reyes is the rare person who is a virus that no team can win with and everyone resents. His unhealthy attitude makes everyone worse, losing focus and sense of urgency. Worst move in mets history bringing back that guy.

The marlins were such a disaster with Reyes that they got rid of him in the first year of a 5 year contract The bluejays were under 500 with Reyes, but made it to the ALCS the following two years after they got rid of him Reyes was the biggest reason for the historic collapses of 2007 and 2008 hit under 200 during both collapses team lacked focus and urgency . Rockies got 16 games worse after Reyes showed up . 2017 mets were supposed to be World Series contenders instead finish 22 games under 500 with Reyes . 2018 mets once again significantly underachieving Jose Reyes is by far the worst thing to ever happen to the Mets he has been destroying teams for decades Reyes is the rare athlete that infects guys around him his laughing and overall personality doesn't allow guys to have the right mindset to perform at their highest capabilities which is why it's been 2 decades of the same underachieving result.
