Wypler and Munford were terrible tonight.
Stroud again was rattled under pressure.
The offensive playcalling was slow and puzzling.
In the red zone, why not use Ruckert more?

To me it seemed like right when Steele Chambers went off the field the defensive cohesion took a major hit, who would have thought he would be the glue guy this quickly.

Penn state had some DAWGS at linebacker. Man. To all my psu fans out there that was one hell of a game. Feels good watching the buckeyes in a close one we’re usually blowing teams out

when i coached wrestling we had a saying, "you're never as good as you look, and you're never as bad as you look." ohio state just scored 33 against one of the best defenses in the country, which is 10 more than any other team this season. and keep in mind that stroud missed a wide open olave on 4th down that would have been a td and probably could have run another one in instead of forcing a pass to wilson on 3rd down.

1. The online played bad
2. Linebackers need work
3. Steele Chambers needs to start
4. Too many holes in the secondary

I understand why they play the 2 high safety along with soft zone coverage but without any decent QB pressure from Dline it just not going to work against teams that dink and dunk down the field, moving the chains as they go. Not sure why they can’t challenge the receivers on line of scrimmage. Teams with TEs that are prime targets are too effective. Quick slants and bubble screens are also a big weakness . Blitzes off the edge would seem to be more effective instead of always shooting middle gaps while getting caught up in blocking traffic. OLine sure didn’t look the part of one of the best in the country. A lot of Olay whiff blocks and times of total confusion.

D-line struggled when rushing 3 and 4. When they pressured with a DBs and LBs, PSU punted. With a suspect secondary, the Buckeyes have to get pressure on the QB or as Clifford did, the secondary will get carved up. I was stunned when PSU rushed 3 and still was able to get pressure CJ.

Ohio State scored on 19 straight drives and now they can't score in the redzone, give me a break that was a good defense they went against and 3pts is better than 0 pts

That Steele chambers ejection was NONSENSE !!!!

Red zone woes, maybe stop running between the tackles when the o-line was completely dominated at the line of scrimmage.

Our freshman RB played like a freshman. He missed some holes not being patient enough. He still showed his Heisman like talent on some plays. He'll watch film and learn. It'll be just fine. We played against a very talented defense and won by 9. It's fine.

Ohio State players learned adversity tonight when they don't play their best game and to stay in the game and you can still win even though they didn't play their best game. Great learning experience for them.

Day's play calling made me ill. You dont change something thats workin for you, till it dont. And you dont keep doing something thats not working for you. Like try'in to run Henderson stright up the gut .when it wasn't. Can not rap my head around the play calling. Just say' in

if Penn state never lost the games the SHOULD NOT have lost and they’re ranked in top 10, are we concerned? I doubt it.

I’m still convinced Ohio State plays much better on the road. I don’t know what it is, maybe less distraction for them? They always seem more fired up.

OSU HAS PROBLEMS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BALL. BOTH THE DEFENSIVE AND OFFENSIVE LINES!! THEY GOT TO GET THAT FIXED. NOT VERY PHYSICAL ON EITHER SIDE.

It's good to see a tight game sometimes. Penn State and OSU played well. It's a game at the end of the day.

My beefs. You can't always jam the ball up the middle against the better defensive teams. We had almost 500 yards but then we get inside the red zone and he reverts to Tressell ball? I thought Day and Wilson were.better than that. You score 7 on even two of those and you can breath easier. Score 7 on all four and it's a blowout. That's where you look for.your TEs. Or.roll the pocket out. Something. Anything but run it right up the middle. One the other side, the defense didn't play horribly. No matter how much we want this to be the old silver bullets, they're just not. They're young and getting better. Penn State didn't run for much. They used quick screens in place.of having no running game. They got decent pressure on Clifford

Obviously you're going to take the win. The game was stressful & it really didn't have to be even with our OL playing their worst game. Ryan Day saying the D save the game was kind of bothersome bc they got screen to death & ripped over the middle throughout the game & couldn't get off the field on 3rd down. The play-calling was very suspect for a Ryan Day Offense & I didn't get it. Our DL played well but they're not getting much pressure with 4. I thought CJ played well but it just felt like in the red zone they were so predictable it felt like Jim Hardball was calling the game. We kept trying to run it up the middle & usually we throw in a bootleg or play-action & score which never happened. We usually don't get to the Red Zone it's just big play after big play so we probably need to work on that really hard & our OL needs to take a look in the mirror & once again we have to stop subbing so much on D & play our best guys. U can't continue to leave guys wide open on screens & across the middle it just can't happen. There was a few plays where I thought the ball should've been picked off & u need to have some instincts when u continue to get beat on the same 2 plays. Last thing why do they play all the way back in the endzone when the ball is inside the 10 it makes no sense. We have a lot to work on & we got the win & hopefully we learned some lessons again & after being punched in the mouth & surviving it will turn out to be a good thing. Go Bucks!!!
