Although the Modscape Cliff house DOES NOT EXIST some of the renderings show it on The Great Ocean Road.

The following video is of a house that DOES EXIST on a different part of The Great Ocean Road - the famous Pole House and it is, if not unusual, quite appealing. it clearly shows Mid Century Modern roots.
